The University Telephone System (UTS) is the University wide phone system managed by the Telecoms Office. The UTS is based around the Cisco CallManager VoIP phone system, with third party voicemail, audio conference, call logger systems.
The desk phones we supply and support are Cisco handsets; the mobile phone service is through O2. Various other services are also available such as audio conferencing, text messaging and pager service.
UTS also provides easy to use web systems which allows administrators or Telephone Liaison Officers (TLOs) to get new people up and running quickly and easily, without the need to contact the Telecoms Helpdesk.
