The Scott Polar Museum provides visitors and potential visitors with a variety of audio-visual museum communication tools to enhance their experience of the collections.

It also provides an online booking request form for group visits for the comfort and safety of visitors.

which interpret Museum objects, help visitors to engage with the collection and give a personalized behind-the-scenes view by curators and students.

In order to make group visits a positive and safe experience, the Sott Polar Museum operates a a group booking system with online visibility of visiting slots.

The audioguides and interactive displays are available to visitors during Scott Polar Muuseum opening times:

Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 4 pm.
Closed Sunday and Monday (except Bank Holiday Mondays).

There is a small hire fee for the audio guides to help with cost recovery.

The Museum News blog is available 24/7 on the Scott Polar Resarch Institute website or as an RSS feed.

The advance group visit booking system is available via self-service.
