The University Payment System (UPS) allows Departments and Institutions to pay people providing short-term services to the University, such as sessional lecturers.

Note: This excludes workers sourced from the Temporary Employment Service (TES), who are paid through a different process. You shouldn't use it for:

- self-employed people (who will submit an invoice to be paid through CUFS)

- temporary workers (who get paid through TES)

- University employees (who are on the Payroll system)
