Standard audio-visual and other technical equipment available in conjunction with conference bookings and other talks and lectures at Homerton College.

Features and Benefits

Service Features & Benefits 

The IT Department provides AV technical support and equipment to its students, staff and for conferences, including:

  • Data Projectors
  • PA Systems
  • Digital Cameras
  • Overhead Projectors (OHPs)
  • Screens

Other specialist equipment includes:

  • piano keyboards primarily for Music students
  • a selection of wired, wireless, lapel and headset microphones
  • a range of lighting equipment and intelligent lighting systems for student use
  • a DJ mixing desk for use in the Buttery
  • different sound systems suitable for most occasions.

Service Availability

Service Availability 

Equipment and support is available to all College students, academics and staff members during normal opening/study times. 

AV support in connection with Homerton Conferences is available to everyone, including conference guests. 

All equipment can be booked via the Conference Office or the IT Department

For AV and technical support during staffed opening times, please contact the IT Department:

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 12.30pm and 1.30pm - 5.30pm
Friday: 9am - 12.30pm and 1.30pm - 4.30pm
