Consultancy for those wishing to set up and operate their own video conferencing facilities.  This includes pre-purchase advice, room design and layout advice, testing and configuration help.

How much does it cost? 

There is currently no charge for consultancy during supported service hours.   Outside of those hours the staff charge (currently £75 per hour ex VAT) applies.

How do I get this service? 

To use the service, please contact the UIS Video Conference Service team. Email is the preferred contact method as the video conferencing staff are often out of the office and email also lends itself to better communication of technical details.
