The Exchange Online groupware service (email, calendars, contacts, notes) is available to all University students and almost all staff. It gives access to email and other groupware functions via a web interface and various clients. The web interface makes it accessible from any internet-connected system in the world with a modern browser.

This service is free of charge to the end user.

You can migrate your personal email mailbox from Hermes by clicking here
 
For all institutional or other shared facilities the institution must migrate. The institutional IT office should email the migration team.

How Quickly Can I Get This Service?

How quickly can I get this service? 
Migration from Hermes takes time depending on how much email you already have on Hermes. You can continue to use Hermes during the migration.
There is no application process for individuals.
 
Institutional migrations are scheduled. Please contact the migration team  to discuss your requirements.
