The Hermes email system (mail store) is available to almost all staff and students of the University. It gives access to email using a web browser, making it is accessible from an Internet-connected system anywhere in the world. It provides a convenient alternative to the use of a dedicated email program.

  • back-ups are stored at three different locations for disaster recovery purposes.
  • deleted messages and mail folders are retained for 4 weeks
  • allows for role-based, shared email addresses
