The University Telephone System (UTS) is the University wide phone system managed by the Telecoms Office. The UTS is based around the Cisco CallManager VoIP phone system, with third party voicemail, audio conference, call logger systems.

Remote Telephony and Mobile Devices

The Telecoms Helpdesk offers a wide range of options for remote telephony, offering you the ability to use your University extension whilst away from your desk as well as offering mobile phones on the 02 network.

Self Service Portals

The Telecoms Helpdesk offers self-service portals both for individual end users and for nominated Telephone Liaison Officers (TLOs) to manage their institution's phones.
