The Telecoms Helpdesk offers a fax-to-email service which allows you to receive fax messages as email attachments. 

Note this service does not allow you to send faxes.

How much does it cost? 

For phone numbers assigned to an ATA or VG225 port, there is no extra charge.

For a standalone fax to email phone number (ie not associated with any other device), the charge is £2.00 per month excluding VAT.

All orders must go via your Telephone Liaison Officer. (Raven authentication is required).
