The University Telephone System (UTS) is the University-wide phone system managed by the Telecoms Office.

Whether at their desk or remotely, University staff can access their telephone's voicemail, messaging and pager settings via My Phone.

The Telecoms Helpdesk only supports Cisco handsets which are best purchased through them so as to avoid compatibility issues. Phones purchased through unofficial channels cannot be supported by the Helpdesk.

All telephone services for individuals are obtained via the Telecoms Helpdesk.

Access to My Phone requires logging in with a Raven username and password (unless already logged in in curretn online session).

Delivery lead time is more often than not immediate. It is, however, advised to receive confirmation from the appropriate Telephone Liaison Officer* during the ordering/support process.
