For the most up-to-date information regarding IT Services at the University of Cambridge, please visit: is the administration tool that the Telecoms Office provides to allow Telephone Liaison Officers to make basic, day to day changes to the desk phones within their institution.

Access to is Raven protected, and users are restricted to being able to only see details of phones and people within their own institution. A user of can be given access to administer phones in multiple institutions, and can be given different levels of access for each institution.

The following modules are currently available:

Allows the user to view the data used for billing for calls from the UTN to Mobex phones.

Allows the user to view billing details for extensions, and potentially rename extensions and change access levels. It also supports associating a CRSid with a particular phone, to enable them to use the speed dial system.
